Each of the Special Advisors to Heathley provide specific support to the Executive Management and the staff on the day-to-day operations and initiatives, the organisational processes and the values and style relevant to staff of Heathley and the way in which they relate to their clients.

Melanie Q Kansil
Artium Baccalaureatus in Physics (Harvard University)
Master of Business Administration (Stanford University, Palo Alto, California, USA)


She is a Management Consultant with Cathedral Street Partners and Centaurus Partners serving a range of clients in the United States, Australia, New Zealand and Asia primarily in financial services, telecommunications, logistics and health economics. Her areas of functional expertise include business analysis, strategy and lean operations, particularly for service businesses.

She has worked with management consulting firm, McKinsey & Company.

She is the Co–Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Customer Underground, a web–based customer feedback platform.

She has published papers on programmes to reduce the incidences of liver disease, most recently in the Journal of Hepatology.

She is the Committee Secretary of the Stanford Australia Association and Co–Lead of the Entrepreneurship Series in partnership with the NSW Government.

She has an active interest in women in management.






Sue O'Dea
Bachelor of Business (Queensland University of Technology)
Master of Human Resources Management and Coaching Psychology (University of Sydney)


Sue O’Dea is an organisation consultant, facilitator and executive coach working with clients in the industrial professional services, telecommunications and financial services sectors.

She was a Director of Professional Development with management consultants, McKinsey & Company and continues to work with McKinsey clients as a facilitator to transform culture through leadership/team development and coaching programmes.

 

 





John G Roberts
Bachelor of Economics (Hons – 1st) (Monash University)
Rhodes Scholar (Oxford University)
Master of Philosophy (Management) (Oxon)


John Roberts commenced his professional career as an economist with the Reserve Bank of Australia and then with BHP Company.

He was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company where he became a Partner.

He advises senior executives of a number of well known Australian and Global companies on strategy, performance transformation and restructuring, people performance, and transactions across a wide set of industries and geographies including: financial services, property, distribution/logistics, services and industrials, across Australasia, Asia, North America and the UK.

He is the founding Director of Centaurus Partners, and serves as a management consultant and corporate advisor.
