Heathley has been providing mentoring to young men and women involved in University sport, primarily rugby union and rowing, for over 20 years.

Heathley's fundamental belief is that the discipline and team involvement so critical to success in these sports, provides an ideal background for young people entering their careers. We believe that focusing only on sport can be a short-lived experience and that the more important goal of a rewarding career must be placed at the forefront of the sportsperson's mind.

Before this can be achieved, however, each person must move through a process designed to explore career opportunities which are not only relevant to the particular sportsperson but, more importantly, one which they will enjoy for years to come.

We pride ourselves in being just as committed to assist those rugby players in lower grades as we are with those who reach the highest levels playing for Australia.

Our area of influence and interest has expanded over the years to include athletes competing in sports as diverse as netball and diving.
