The Management of Heathley is dedicated to developing long term relationships with each of its Private Clients based on trust and a commitment to providing specially created investments suitable to their individual needs.





Peter Hemming – Executive Chairman and Managing Director
Bachelor of Commerce (University of Queensland)

Peter Hemming established Heathley Limited in 1977.

He is responsible for developing the private investment services and the funds management operation of Heathley. He has over 36 years' experience in investment funds management, merchant banking, funds management and financial services.

He is Chairman of Heathley Asset Management Limited.

He is also a Member of the External Advisory Panel, Australian Securities and Investments Commission.

He is a strong advocate of mentoring young men and women involved in University sport, primarily rugby union and rowing.

He is also a Member of the External Advisory Panel of BCS Capital Limited.

George W Websdale – Executive Director and Head of Property

Joined Heathley in 2009.

George Websdale is primarily responsible for the acquisition, management and sale of all properties of the Heathley Property Funds.  This paragraph should say “George Websdale is primarily responsible for the acquisition, management and sale of all properties of the Heathley Property Funds”

He is also responsible for developing relationships with the Company’s Private Clients.

He has over 17 years’ experience in all aspects of the management and investment management of commercial and industrial property across Australia.

Prior to joining Heathley, he was General Manager, Office and Industrial at Stockland and has held senior asset management roles at both AMP Capital and Schroders.

He is a Member of the Australian Property Institute and is the 2009 Chair of the NSW PCA Office Committee.





Robert N Morton – Head of Capital Raising
Bachelor of Commerce (University of Melbourne)

Diploma of Superannuation Management (Macquarie University)

Rob Morton is responsible for the raising of investment capital for the Heathley Investment Funds as well as the development and management of the Company's distribution channels.

He has over 20 years' experience in capital raising for funds management organisations and specifically in relation to commercial property.

Prior to joining Heathley, he held senior roles at Macquarie Bank including Division Director, Wholesale Property Funds and also held senior executive roles at The Australand Group and Colonial First State.






Edward Hewitt–Taylor – Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary
Bachelor of Arts (Hons) (Staffordshire University, England)
Fellow, Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)
Member, Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD)

Edward Hewitt–Taylor is responsible for overseeing the finance activities of Heathley, as well as all financial reporting and management of the Heathley Property Funds.

He has over 11 years' experience in the property industry in funds, asset and facilities management.

Prior to joining Heathley, he was the Head of Funds Management for FKP Property Group and held senior financial roles within ING Real Estate Investment Management, Investa Property Group and Lend Lease in both Australia and the UK.

Joined Heathley in 2011.







Allison L O'Shea – Director – Private and Institutional Clients
Masters in Law and Management (AGSM, UNSW)
Diploma in Law (LPAB)
Bachelor of Applied Science Physiotherapy (University of Sydney)

Joined Heathley in 2008.

She is responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with the Private Clients of Heathley

She is also responsible for undertaking preliminary legal due diligence of the Heathley Funds and marketing and communications strategies. 

Prior to joining Heathley, she was General Manager of a start–up technology company.  She also had 10 years’ experience as a practising corporate solicitor and in general management roles specialising in professional indemnity, insurance and financial services.

Before this, she practiced in sports medicine as a physiotherapist.






Lois Turner Owens – Manager – Operations and Administration

Lois Turner Owens is responsible for the day–to–day operations of Heathley and for implementing effective methods to improve Heathley's productivity.

She is also responsible for the Values and Style programme to provide a working environment at Heathley that engenders creativity, energy and teamwork.

She has over 20 years' experience in retail sales and management including owning her own business.

She was formerly a professional ballet dancer.
