HAML was established in 1990 and is the Responsible Entity for the
Heathley Group.



HAML is the Responsible Entity for the Heathley Investment Funds including specifically Heathley Keystone Property Funds, Heathley Diversified Property Funds, and the Heathley Protected Equities Portfolio.



HAML has an ASIC Australian Financial Service Licence to manage both property and equities funds.
