Peter Hemming established Heathley Limited in 1977.

He is responsible for developing the private investment services and the funds management operation of Heathley. He has over 36 years' experience in investment funds management, merchant banking, funds management and financial services.

He is Chairman of Heathley Asset Management Limited.

He is a Member of the External Advisory Panel, Australian Securities and Investments Commission.

He is also a Member of the External Advisory Panel of BCS Capital Limited.

He is a strong advocate of mentoring young men and women involved in University sport, primarily rugby union and rowing.

Joined Heathley in 2009.

George Websdale is primarily responsible for the acquisition, management and sale of all properties of the Heathley Property Funds.

He is also responsible for developing relationships with the Company's Private Clients.

He has over 17 years' experience in all aspects of the management and investment management of commercial and industrial property across Australia.

Prior to joining Heathley, he was General Manager, Office and Industrial at Stockland and has held senior asset management roles at both AMP Capital and Schroders.

He is a Member of the Australian Property Institute and is the 2009 Chair of the NSW PCA Office Committee.

Anthony S Blower – Non Executive Director

Tony Blower has 24 years' experience in senior investment and capital raising roles at Heathley Asset Management Limited.

He was primarily responsible for the raising of investment capital for the Heathley Investment Funds as well as for the management of Private Clients.

Recently, he has undertaken a senior role in change management for NSW Rowing.

He will remain on the Board of Heathley Limited as a Non Executive Director.

Melane Q Kansil – Non Executive Director

She is a Management Consultant with Cathedral Street Partners and Centaurus Partners serving a range of clients in the United States, Australia, New Zealand and Asia primarily in financial services, telecommunications, logistics and health economics. Her areas of functional expertise include business analysis, strategy and lean operations, particularly for service businesses.

She previously worked in New York with management consulting firm, McKinsey & Company.

She is the Co–Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Customer Underground, a web–based customer feedback platform. She has published papers on programmes to reduce the incidences of liver disease, most recently in the Journal of Hepatology.

She is the Committee Secretary of the Stanford Australia Association and Co–Lead of the Entrepreneurship Series in partnership with the NSW Government.

She has an active interest in the area of women in management.

Ross B Shackell – Non Executive Director

Appointed – 1990.

He has researched property securities, superannuation and insurance bonds as a partner and director of an Australian stockbroking firm.

He is the Principal of R.B. Shackell & Co. and has over 40 years’ experience in accounting and funds management services.

He is a Director of A–M Property Trust Management Berhad and Chairman of Gemmell Ovenden Walsh International Pty Limited and RPO Group Pty Limited.

David Smithson – Non Executive Director
Bachelor of Economics (University of Queensland)

Appointed – 2009.

He has been involved in the development and implementation of large–scale retail financial services IT systems – principally general and life insurance and banking – in Australasia, Asia and Europe for 35 years.

His experience has included management of a large R & D project using leading–edge technologies and application standards, the development of complex implementation programmes utilising industry–standard methodologies, through to hands–on product marketing and sales strategies.

Most recently, he provided strategic consulting to financial services multi–nationals headquartered in Europe on the deployment of new, integrated systems.
