Heathley Asset Management Limited (HAML) was established in 1990.

It is the Responsible Entity for the Heathley Group and specifically the Heathley Keystone Property Funds, Heathley Diversified Property Fund, and the Heathley Protected Equities Portfolio.

Since 1990, HAML has established and managed 26 Heathley Keystone Property Funds and in July 2007, opened the Heathley Diversified Property Fund.  These Funds have been managed with a risk averse strategy with a focus on capital growth and providing reliable income distributions.

Since 2002, HAML has offered the Heathley Protected Equities Portfolio for specialised equities investment.

HAML has an Australian Financial Services Licence to manage both property and equities funds.
