HEATHLEY INVESTMENT FUNDS

Heathley Keystone Property Funds provide the opportunity for syndicates of private investors to invest in prime properties through managed investment funds. All Funds are managed by Heathley Asset Management Limited.



The objective was to facilitate an appropriate structure for Private Clients to invest in a range of property investments. This has been achieved by establishing fixed term single property Funds with a small number of investors participating in each Fund.



For some clients, a key element in structuring the Heathley Keystone Property Funds was the option for clients to leverage their investments. Heathley's experience in private banking has therefore been an essential factor in providing appropriate debt facilities for investors.



Heathley Asset Management Limited has completed some 26 Keystone Property Funds.
