The Fund acquired a strategically located specialist medical property in Cairns anchored by a long term lease to Ramsay Healthcare and comprising a mix of other medical tenants including the only 24 hour medical centre in Cairns. The Fund has returned an income well in excess of 10% per annum to investors since its commencement.
The Fund’s primary aim is to provide Investors with sustainable and stable tax advantaged income during the life of the investment. The potential for capital growth is also expected through prudent investment management and the improvement in market conditions since its acquisition, particularly with regard to the increased demand for healthcare related property.
