Andrew Jones has over seven years’ consulting experience specialising in strategy development, organisation design, performance improvement and group facilitation. He has worked with client organisations including professional and financial services firms, industrial companies and elite sporting bodies.

His consulting career commenced at McKinsey & Company where his advice included assisting clients in designing and implementing performance improvement programmes and undertaking post-merger and post-acquisition organisation design for leading financial services companies.

He has also worked as a television and film writer and as a creative producer on multiple projects for Australian television studios.

Sue O’Dea is an organisation consultant, facilitator and executive coach working with clients in the industrial professional services, telecommunications and financial services sectors.

She was a Director of Professional Development with management consultants, McKinsey & Company and continues to work with McKinsey clients as a facilitator to transform culture through leadership/team development and coaching programmes.
