Peter Hemming - Chairman and Managing Director

Peter Hemming established Heathley Limited in 1977
He is responsible for developing private investment services, and funds management operation of Heathley. He has over 36 years’ experience in investment funds management, financial services and merchant banking.
He is Chairman of Heathley Asset Management Limited.
He is also a Member of the External Advisory Panel, Australian Securities and Investments Commission.

He is responsible for overseeing the finance activities of Heathley. He has over 21 years’ experience in asset management.
He is Chairman of the Compliance Committee and a Member of the Property Acquisition Committee.

George W Websdale - Head of Property

He is primarily responsible for the overall acquisition, management and sale of all properties of Heathley’s Property Funds.
He has over 17 years’ experience in all aspects of the management and investment management of commercial and industrial property across Australia.
Prior to joining Heathley, he was General Manager, Office and Industrial at Stockland Property Group.
He is a Member of the Australian Property Institute and is the 2009 Chair of the NSW PCA Office Committee.

He is primarily responsible for the overall acquisition, management and sale of all properties of Heathley’s Property Funds.
He has over 17 years’ experience in all aspects of the management and investment management of commercial and industrial property across Australia.
Prior to joining Heathley, he was General Manager, Office and Industrial at Stockland Property Group.
He is a Member of the Australian Property Institute and is the 2009 Chair of the NSW PCA Office Committee.

Andrew S Hemming - Private Client Manager

He is responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with the Private Clients of Heathley.
He is also responsible for initiating and updating of technical and financial due diligence of both the property and equities Funds. He is also responsible for the product strategy of the Heathley Protected Equities Portfolio.
He has had 10 years’ experience in investment markets with leading international financial institutions and stockbroking houses in both Sydney and London.
